One Step Ahead

Hello all!  I decided to create a blog (something I have never done before) to share the interesting on-goings of my life.  I barely have time to write this because I have a three month old that demands A LOT of attention!  As some of you may know, my life is full of twists and turns.  It always comes as a surprise for me, and every surprise has been a blessing.  Becoming pregnant was definitely a surprise (over 50% of pregnancies are unplanned).  I definitely didn't plan on having kids until I was in my 30's.  It was a surprise that I got married at the age of 24 (especially since I only "officially" dated my husband for about 6 months, although we were friends for 5 years).  And the most recent surprise has been the early arrival of my son, Benjamin.  He arrived almost a month early and right before Christmas.  Although these surprises have made my life anything but consistent, they have only enriched my life (and made it very entertaining).  I have the most loving and supportive husband one could ask for and the best baby boy.  As I begin this journey of creating this blog, please bear with me as it changes and matures.
